BLS Course Information
This Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course in New Jersey is designed for healthcare providers who want to strengthen their life-saving skills. By the end of this BLS training in North Jersey, students will be able to:
Assess and determine when CPR is needed
Provide CPR to adults, children, and infants
Deliver choking relief for all age groups
Coordinate team-based CPR with a partner
Use an AED and bag-valve-mask (BVM) correctly
Perform rescue breathing confidently in emergency situations
This AHA-approved BLS certification course provides hands-on, scenario-based instruction that prepares students to respond effectively in any healthcare or community setting.
Course Type
This course offers two convenient options — a fully in-person BLS provider course or a hybrid online + in-person skills session. Both meet the American Heart Association requirements for BLS certification in NJ.
